BRTN30WSS5PF is a customized non-standard product based on the BRTN30WSS5PC, suitable for various types of plastic injection molding machines with capacities ranging from 2200T to 4000T. It features five-axis AC servo drives, with standard AC servo drive axes. The A-axis has a rotation angle of 360°, while the C-axis has a rotation angle of 180°, allowing for free positioning and adjustment of the fixture angle. It boasts a long lifespan, high precision, low failure rate, and simple maintenance. It is primarily used for rapid removal or complex-angle extraction applications, especially for long-shaped products such as automotive parts, washing machines, and home appliances. Five-axis drive and control integrated system: Few signal lines, long-distance communication, excellent scalability, strong anti-interference capability, high repeat positioning accuracy, capable of managing multiple axes simultaneously, simple equipment maintenance, and low failure rate.
