When you contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, designation, company, product interest, expected supply timeline, delivery location, application requirements and optional drawings or photos you attach.
When you submit the contact form, the details and any attached files are sent to our hosting provider, Netlify, for processing and storage in the site's Forms dashboard. RUNN ELECTRIC personnel use the details to respond to your enquiry. The website displays a confirmation only after the form request succeeds. Email notifications may be configured for authorised staff.
We use details you send to respond to enquiries, assess technical requirements, prepare proposals and communicate about the requested products or services. We may keep related business correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry and our records.
Ask Era stores your draft details and answers in this browser tab so you can continue across pages. When its AI service is enabled, chat details are sent through our server to OpenAI to interpret your responses and answer questions. Some public technical questions may involve live web search, in which case Era shows clickable sources. Your enquiry and any selected PDF or image files are sent to RUNN ELECTRIC through Netlify Forms only after you review and submit it. File contents are not sent to OpenAI or read by Era. Era asks for a preferred callback date and time, which our team must confirm. The embedded Google Map can share your IP address and browser information with Google when loaded. Hosting and Google Fonts may also process basic technical requests.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and website interactions. It may use browser identifiers and cookies. After a successful project enquiry, we record a lead event without sending the form fields, your name, email or phone number to Analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Enquiry details may be seen by our relevant sales, engineering or service personnel and the providers needed for email and site operation. We do not publish your enquiry details. Access is limited to the people and services needed for these purposes.
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent by emailing info@runnelectric.com. Please identify the enquiry concerned. We will consider the request in light of applicable requirements and any records we need to keep.
